This class will enhance player explosiveness and quickness with basketball specific movements, and challenge players to improve in the areas of speed, agility, explosiveness, mobility, flexibility, vertical jump, and lateral movement. Focus on basketball specific footwork will improve players’ defense, offensive moves, and overall basketball ability.
