Youth Attack Moves & Handles (Grades 3-5)

Introduce your young athlete to the art of beating defenders and finishing strong at the rim! Our Youth Attack Moves & Handles class is perfect for 3rd to 5th graders who are beginner to intermediate players. We focus on fun, skill-building drills that teach essential downhill attack moves and ball-handling techniques, while building confidence in both the dominant hand and the off-hand

Each session, players get plenty of reps on individual moves, then jump into live one-on-one scenarios, and finally apply what they’ve learned in game-like settings. It’s a great way for young players to build confidence, improve their handles, and start making those moves second nature.

Elite Attack Moves & Handles (Grades 6-12)

Designed for our more advanced players from 6th through 12th grade, the Elite Attack Moves & Handles class pushes you to elevate your offensive game. Here, we dive deeper into advanced ball-handling, explosive first steps, and a variety of attack moves to break down defenders.

We combine high-intensity repetition with live competition against other skilled players, and then transition into game scenarios so you can execute under pressure. This class is all about turning practice into performance and giving you the tools to attack the basket with confidence.

Youth – Elite (Intermediate – Advanced)

This class curriculum is ongoing.  Single class rate is $45/class.  Purchase of an applicable Genesis GAME PLAN is good for 4 classes at a discounted rate of $160.  GAME PLAN visits (4) must be used completely within 6 weeks of purchase.
