This class will enhance players’ ball handling skills so that they become extremely comfortable handling the ball in game-like situations, and finishing at the rim after performing game-like moves.  We challenge players with various advanced dribbling drills and unique dribbling stations to push them outside of their comfort zones.  This class will help players improve their ability to handle defensive ball pressure, play through contact, be more efficient with their dribble, and better use their body and position when scoring around the basket.  A special emphasis will be placed on the importance of finishing…all the ball handling in the world means nothing if you can’t finish consistently around the rim!

Intermediate – Advanced
